Act! Essentials is an easy-to-use CRM application that helps keep your contacts, activities and notes organized, while extending your reach with easy-to-create, send and track email campaigns to bring your business into focus.
We are excited to announce that our Act! Essentials API integration is now available through our Elements Catalog. Our Act! Essentials Element allows you to integrate a leading cloud CRM service into your app in a fraction of the time necessary for custom development.
Our Act! Essentials integration is a part of the Cloud Elements CRM Hub, a uniform API to connect to the leading cloud CRM services such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, and many more. Share contacts, companies, leads, lists and much more across all of the cloud services you use. Easily connect Act! Essentials with Marketing, Finance, eCommerce and Help Desk services through our pre-built, uniform APIs.
We also offer an integration to Act! Premium. Act! Essentials and Act! Premium are different systems and they do not offer the same features or functionality. Currently there is no way to transition directly from Act! Essentials to or from Act! Premium. Here are a few differences between the two products:

Our Elements start with a normalized set of features, including authentication, paging, errors, events and search. If your use case requires an integration or resource we don’t currently offer, it’s simple to add it in.
