Fuze is a globally recognized UCaaS provider which serves enterprise customers worldwide. We recently had a chance to sit down with Paul Stege, Director of Global Solutions at Fuze, and get his perspective on Cloud Elements has helped Fuze to meet its integration challenges:

We did integrations one-off, and they would take anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months to complete at a cost of $20,000 - $30,000

- Paul Stege, Director of Global Strategy, Fuze

enterprise-integration-hairball.pngDue to the proliferation of cloud services in enterprise, Fuze has seen immense growth in demand from customers for API integrations to the other enterprise applications that they use in daily operations. At first, Fuze met this demand the way many other software providers do, by building one-off integrations. However, as demand for more integrations continued to grow, Fuze realized that a platform that could unify resources across all of the integrations its customers requested would save valuable time and money.

Cloud Elements allowed us to build a development platform from which we were able to build our first integration in about a month. Since then we've found that it takes us about a week to create a new endpoint, whatever that next endpoint is.

Since Fuze began using Cloud Elements, they have grown their integration catalog to include over 25 APIs, with more on the way. Want to get your integrations to market faster? Get started with Cloud Elements for free, and see how much time you could save!
