At first, Fuze met this demand the way many other software providers do, by building one-off integrations. However, as demand for more integrations continued to grow, Fuze realized that a platform that could unify resources across all of the integrations its customers requested would save valuable time and money.

Cloud Elements allowed us to build a development platform from which we were able to build our first integration in about a month. Since then we've found that it takes us about a week to create a new endpoint, whatever that next endpoint is.
